I visited this place with my friends along with the owner’s niece. We all had a very good time. Thanks to Benedict uncle’s (owner) friendly and helpful attitude. The place was kept clean and well arranged for our stay. The place is family friendly also with filtered pool water and surveillance system. All the rooms were clean and well maintained. We were given with unlimited access to all the amenities like pool, garden, home theatre, terrace, kitchen, laundry, courts, etc. The place is so big i am sure i haven’t seen all the corners.😅
The best stay ever. I visited this place with my friends and words fall short to describe the amazing experience we all had right from the moment we checked in to check out. We felt just like home but in a luxurious way! It’s a river front mansion with beautiful interior and exterior, full size shuttle court and single board basket ball court, big indoor swimming pool, spacious and clean bedrooms with modern bathroom, party area, home theater etc.. But above all the best part is the host Benedict uncle.. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
I had stayed at Kottaram with my colleagues for 2 days. We had an amazing 2 days and were lucky to have such a gracious host. Mr. Benedict was the perfect host and his attention to detail was impeccable. This large beautiful house sits on a vast property and has a beautiful water body on one side of the land. It has pristine gardens, swimming pool with music systems, good wifi, a home theater and a dance floor. What more can you ask for? We all had a fabulous time and will be going again soon.
